It is one of the principal policies of Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization to always strive to ensure customer satisfaction through the continual improvement of its standards and work practices. However, if you feel the need to voice a complaint or make a suggestion, you are most welcome to use the special form on this page. Your complaints and suggestions will be directed straight to the Director General, who will be most keen to address and redress these complaints and take the suggestions into careful consideration.
